Allow Others to Use Your Extracts
After creating an Extract, you have the ability to nominate authority for other users to access them.
Extractor provides a tool called Extract Manager for this purpose. If your system administrator has granted you access to use this tool, it will appear on the Extractor tool bar.
- Select the Extract Manager button to open the Extract Manager window.
- Select the Extract you wish to change permissions and alter as required.
- Select OK
